Where are you located?

We are located in Orlando, FL. If you are not a local but interested in a product, we would be more than happy to ship you a product within two weeks of ordering.

What is the return policy?

No returns.

Do you offer repairs on products that are not purchased from the store?

Yes! We repair any electric bike or scooters, regardless of where they are bought.

Do you offer warranty on the bikes?

Yes! We offer 1 year warranty on battery and parts, and 5 years on the frame.

Is a driver’s license required to operate the electric bikes? Is a tag and registration required?

No! A driver’s license is not needed nor is a tag and registration. You can just get on your bike and go!

Are E bikes street legal?

Most electric bikes are legal on the street.

How long does it take to charge a battery?

Typically 3-5 hours.

Do I have to wear a helmet when riding?

Although helmets are not required, they are always recommended for safety.
