We can't sell a used product as new!.  For this reason, we offer you free services with the purchased of an E-Bike or Scooter:

•   Assembling - You don't have to worry about a bad electrical connection or any mechanical issues like: brakes, discs, Derailleur alignment, chain or any missing or broken parts during delivery.
•  FREE TUNE UP! (Included with the assembly). We make sure that everything is properly adjusted and aligned.
• FREE TUNE UP! ($150 Value) within the first 6 months or 500 miles (whichever comes first).
• FREE Labor against any manufacturer defects for the first 3 months. (priceless)
• Something seem off ? Bring it to us! we will take a look at it for no extra charge.
• Have a question about your new purchased? Call us or stop by. We will always be available for you.
•  In person Customer service. We cannot hide or lie to you. 

If you do the math, at Eccentric Cycle; you will get a better deal than buying from an online retailer. A value of $300 in free service +  Free Labor (which could be from a couple dollars to a couple of hundreds).

We are reasonable people, Eccentric Cycle will deal with reasonable requests. Remember, we're not Wal-Mart, we do less business in a year than they do in minutes (or maybe even just a few seconds)!  We can't afford to just throw away returns.

                       From Manufacturer: 1-YEAR, limited Manufacturer's Warranty, against any manufacturing defects. Just bring it back and we will deal with the manufacturer. We’ll communicate with them and submit the repair claim for you.

From The Store: 3 Months or 500 miles (whichever comes first) on parts and labor - Against any manufactured Defects.

This warranty does not include : regular maintenance such as: tires, inner tubes, brake pads or discs, accidental damages, abuses or misuses, improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress; or any other user error.
