We can't sell a used product as new! For this reason, we provide complimentary services with the purchase of an E-Bike or scooter: 

- Assembling: You won’t have to worry about bad electrical connections or mechanical issues such as brakes, discs, derailleur alignment, chains, or any missing or broken parts during delivery.

- FREE TUNE-UP! (Included with assembly). We ensure everything is properly adjusted and aligned.

- FREE TUNE-UP! ($150 Value) within the first 6 months or 500 miles (whichever comes first).

- FREE labor for any manufacturer defects for the first 3 months (priceless).

When you do the math, at Eccentric Cycle, you’ll find you’re getting a better deal than buying from an online retailer. That’s a value of $300 in free services plus free labor, which could save you anywhere from a few dollars to a couple of hundreds.

We are reasonable people; Eccentric Cycle is willing to accommodate reasonable requests. Remember, we’re not Wal-Mart; we do less business in a year than they do in minutes (or maybe even just a few seconds)! We can’t afford to throw away returns.

From Manufacturer: 1-YEAR, limited Manufacturer's Warranty against any manufacturing defects for our ebikes and scooters. Just bring it back and we will handle the process with the manufacturer. We’ll communicate with them and submit the repair claim on your behalf. 

From The Store: 3 Months or 500 miles (whichever comes first) on parts and labor - covering any manufactured defects.

Please note that this warranty does not cover regular maintenance such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads or discs, accidental damages, abuse or misuse, improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress; nor does it cover any other user error.
